Return conditions

We accept returns of products purchased on this site within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met:

The product is in unused condition.

All accessories, warranty cards and original packaging delivered with the product must be included.

Excludes non-returnable items such as custom-made or made-to-order products.

Non-returnable items

There are some products that cannot be returned, such as custom-made products, made-to-order products, digital content, sanitary products (after opening), etc. This will be clearly stated on the product page, so please be sure to check before purchasing.

Return Process

1. If you wish to return an item, please first contact us via email or contact form. Please include your order number along with the reason for return.

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and information necessary for return.

3. Please send the product to the specified return address. We will cover the shipping costs for returns due to reasons of our responsibility, such as initial defects or incorrect delivery. For returns for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will generally be made to the payment method used by the customer. However, if there are restrictions on partial refund methods, we will propose the most suitable refund method separately.

Notes

Due to the nature of the product, the color and texture may differ from the images on the website, but these are not grounds for return.

For inquiries regarding returns, please contact us immediately after receiving the product. We cannot accept returns after the return deadline.

Cancellation before product is shipped

Customers can cancel their order at any time before the product is shipped.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us by email or through the contact form on our website, clearly stating your order number.

It may not be possible to cancel in time for items that are currently being prepared for shipping. If so, please follow our return policy.

Cancellation after product is shipped

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after the product has been shipped.

Returns may only be accepted if the item is returned in unopened condition. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
